Happy Birthday Lacey

25th it's a big one!! This morning I woke up to the sweetest thing I have ever heard, Laila saying, " Happy Birthday Mommy" followed by a big hug and kiss. Lacey, Happy birthday sweet heart, I love you so much. I have been blessed with the best wife and daughter any guy could ask for. Lacey, you are the love of my life and always will be. I know this message is short and to the point, but I didn't want your friends to read the crazy love talk, so I wrote that stuff in your card...... HAHAHA.

What a way to bring in the New Year!!!!

Well, this is how Carl & I rang in the New Year!!!! IN A HOSPITAL!!!!
New Years Eve, we decided to just have a relaxing night, so Erik & Miquel came over and we went to dinner. I started having contractions pretty bad, so we decided to go up to the hospital. It is a very good thing we went because I ended up being dilated to a 2 and having pretty steady contractions.I ended up being in the hospital until Friday night. I was so glad they let me go home!I missed my little Laila so much.

So needless to say, I am on bed rest!!! 28 weeks is way way way to early for brother to arrive. We need to keep that baby in there for awhile longer...allot longer!!! The doctor is hopeful that I can make it that long, though.

I just wanted to tell everyone thank you so much for all of the help. Thanks to both our parents for all of the great dinners and to my sis for watching Laila. She loves you!!!! And also a big thanks to my hubby. He has been the best. Anything I need, he has it before I need it. I love you, baby!

Christmas Morning!!!

Our Little Family had such a good Christmas Morning! Laila was so excited to see what Santa had brought her. "A Cook, a Cook," she said! She made Carl and I food all morning long. She put her apron on and got right down to it!

After opening all our presents, we went to my sister's house for brunch and to have Christmas with my side of the fam. We had a great time, but unfortunately, I didn't take any pictures. Sorry Guys!!! Thanks to everyone for making Christmas Great! We love you all.

Christmas Eve!!!

This year on Christmas Eve, we were with the Sundstrom Clan. We had a great time! The dinner Jane made was sooooooo good. I have finally got the pregnancy appetite. I could eat and eat and eat.....and eat!! The little kiddies got some really good presents! My child, of course, wanted Cole's Ipod.(She thinks she is 16)! We had a great night! This says it all........ Scarves!!! I am obsessed. I could have 100 of these if my husband would let me. Everywhere I go, I flock to the scarves. Don't be surprised if everyone I know gets one of these from me for Christmas!!! Watch out!

The Perfect Little Host!

Happy Birthday Laila!!!

On Sunday, we celebrated Laila's 2nd Birthday! I can't believe that my baby is already 2 years old.....how time flies!!! Laila and I had been getting ready for her party all weekend long and when Sunday night finally rolled around, she was so excited for her party. She greeted everyone at the door with a hug and a kiss..... so excited everyone was there just for her. She knew it was her big day. She was the perfect Little Host!!!

I can't believe that I have been blessed with such a beautiful and sweet little girl. She has been a ray of sunshine to everyone around her since the day she was born. I never knew that one little person could make me so happy. She is my best friend!!I am so grateful to have her as my daughter, Happy Birthday Princess!

This Thanksgiving was amazing. We got to spend quality time with all of the people we love most in the world. Being around all our family, really made me realize how truly blessed we are to be surrounded by such great examples. I know I wouldn't be the person I am today if it wasn't for all the wonderful people in my life I have to look up to. I just wanted to thank all of our family for such I great weekend. We love you all VERY MUCH!!!!
